"My favorite part of teaching is helping my students of any age play the music they are passionate about. I have students ranging from 5-years-old to adults learning violin for fun in their retirement years. I am trained in the Suzuki Method for Violin and Viola Book 1. After we establish a solid foundation, I love exploring styles and genres. I have taught classical, bluegrass, Celtic, jazz, pop, rock, K-pop, movie soundtracks, video game music - you name it! I want my students to fall in love with their instrument. Music should be fun!" - Anna Eyink
Testimonials
Camryn (Nashville, TN)
"I’ve been taking lessons with Anna for eight months and it has been such a joy! As an adult learner, I wasn’t sure what to expect starting a new instrument, but Anna has made everything so easy to learn and has provided a personalized curriculum for my skill level and needs. She has an absolute wealth of knowledge; she can answer every question and give you a music history lesson along the way. We build my lessons around classical Suzuki principles, but she also affords me the flexibility to explore songs and techniques that interest me most. I would recommend her for any learner, young or old, big or small."

"My daughter looks forward to her violin lessons with Anna every week. Her technique keeps improving, and her excitement level stays high! Anna is fun, positive, and a joy to work with."
Ashley (Franklin, TN)
“Anna is the best teacher we could have hoped for. Not only is she highly skilled and competent, but she is also an incredibly patient and kind teacher - and wonderful with my 7-year-old. One of the things I love best about Anna is her versatility as a teacher. She can do the Suzuki technique but also can tailor for the student so they can express themselves and find their true love of music.”
Ricky (Nashville, TN)
"As an older adult student that's played piano all my life, I have found the violin quite challenging. Anna is WONDERFUL in that she is able to meet me where I'm at on my instrument (I work full time and sometimes have limited practice time) and make each lesson enjoyable. She's an expert at patiently breaking each lesson down to the basics and allowing the experience of learning to be fun and rewarding. Truly one of the best instructors I've ever had."
