Solo Violin, Viola, or Fiddle
Solo violin, viola, or fiddle can add a special touch to your event or studio project. Event sets can be strictly solo arrangements or performed with a loop pedal or backing track, and musical selections include classical pieces, pop tunes, jazz tunes, traditional songs, and more. I love to play on recording or live sessions, and I am happy to add the fiddle solo or layered string parts your record needs to make it stand out above the rest. Violin, Viola, or Fiddle Lessons
As an educator, I have been teaching private lessons for five years, with students ranging from pre-schoolers to adults looking to pick up a new hobby. I have led chamber and improvisation workshops through Bowling Green State University’s Summer Music Institute and through the Alternative Strings summer program in southern Ohio. I have also partnered with the Nashville Symphony through their Metro Nashville Public Schools’ String Residency Program. I offer multi-style lessons for violin/fiddle or viola. Arranging
As a string player, I specialize in string arrangements, though I am happy to arrange for other ensembles! Whether the music is for a concert or for a studio recording, my goal is to arrange in a way that will compliment your performance and take your music to the next level.
